Unpleasant experience. The rooms were stinking with dirty linens. The washroom was terrible with stains on the toilet seat. The service was very average and people at the reception were unfriendly. I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel instead there are much better hotels near by offering the same rate.

Hotel was near the airport which was my main concern & hospitality was also good though food was not upto my taste. Overall it was a good experience to stay there. Since 永安 was very short i did not take any other image

Property was good, food is also good the only concern is not proper car parking you have to park your car on road except that everything is fine.

They did not assign the proper room, kept switching me to several rooms and each one had one or the other issue. Gave incorrect information that breakfast is included and when i was supposed to checkout, they charged me for it. Horrible management and horrible practices.

Location, food and services are very good. Regarding amenities, all are good except the separation of wet and dry area in the bath room. It would have been best if the glass partition between wet and dry area was full instead of only 1/3rd at present. I have a very important suggestion regarding common dining hall. We have seen one gentleman smoking inside the dining hall during breakfast time, this spoiled our mood to enjoy the good breakfast. This could have been avoided if one or two display of " no smoking area" in the common dining hall. Please bring it to the urgent notice of hotel management.

I had nice experience stay at hotel galaxy. Property is well maintained, rooms and washroom are clean. Food is very good. Staff is cooperative. Must recommended stay. . I had pleasant experience at hotel galaxy. Rooms are big and washroom are clean and hygienic. Staffs were supportive. Food is very good. Must plan your stay.
