部屋が香水臭い。たばこ?か何かの臭いもした。インド人にはいい香りなのかもしれないないが、外國人にはきつい。シャワーのお湯が出るのに時間がかかる。ロケーションはグッド。何もかもが近くにある。

very poor property, the rooms are not maintained well. Breakfast buffet is pathetic. idlis are vadas are served in open plate which are cold. the room needs to renovate.

This hotel is bad behaviour of staff and receptionist. He is rude behaviour of receptionist. He call me tomorrow is your check out and 10 am morning your check in time then i say yes, his behaviour is very rude behaviour

Impolite behaviour from staffs. They were simply rude and did not even responded positively to any of our requests

Very bad service, i stayed for 4 days just because i pre-booked it. There was no room service for kl 4 days even after requesting multiple time. Washroom and rooms were small and not spacious.

Dirty room. Very poor hygein no cafeteria no complimentary breakfast highly overrated. No soap dispenser in bathroom botched mirror they couldn't care since the owner khalid is getting rid /selling the property december 31st. I was total l cheated.
