The AC was dripping throughout the night. We called them to come and fix it but they took 45 mins to do something but still were not able to fix anything. The morning breakfast had food files and mosquitos. we called and asked them to take it away so that no one should eat that kind of food. Additionally, when we wanted to order food at 1 am (mid-night), they said it was under peat control. There was no information given to us about it so we had to go in search of food at midnight. Overall it is a badly maintained place. The only good thing was the person who greeted us warmly at the entrance. Please call them and ask them before booking if they have things in place. warning!

The room wasn’t in the best shape. Old and greasy lifts. The rooms are old and not maintained well. The hotel doesn’t even help the guest with the luggage. The stay experience wasn’t good either. The hotel had loud renovation going on. Non stop hammer and drills sound could be heard loudly in the room. You cannot be in the room when that happens.After we asked for a refund and told them that i will vacate the room is when they heard us. And finished their work only after their work was completed. Not at all value for money. Too expensive for the experience. Rather pay in a 4 star property.

Please inform the hotel that it’s not the facility shown and offered, We book from the united arab emirates, and we only the booking. You are a 4 star hotel and the photos are very good. But when we reached the hotel, the inside room had a bad smell. Beds and other things are in poor condition. The room is not clean and cannot accommodate 3 adults, which we pay for booking for 3 adults. Toiled is not even clean. How can we stay there for 3 nights with that kind of facility? We pay the amount in full, but we cannot even enjoy our stay.

I booked this hotel for one of my chefs, and while it looked like a good hotel, the reality was different when my chef checked in. He showed me photos of the room, which was full of fungus, unclean, unhygienic, and had a strong smell of mold. The entire room was very dirty. I have attached some pictures below for reference. If the hotel can't maintain cleanliness. Due to those old photos, we had to suffer, and so did our client.

The overall experience was good. The place was clean and staff was very polite and welcoming. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom had a faint odour.
