Awesome property, Best hospitality. All staff were so generous and friendly. Reception Master was so Nice and humble, ready to help in all ways. Mr. Jatin.Ambience was so beautiful. Special thanks to the Chef for such tasty breakfast. Had a great stay and we enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommended.

My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Mold was present everywhere, adding to the discomfort. They couldn't even handle simple laundry requests. The room felt like a shoebox, and I was horrified to find cockroaches in the breakfast spread. Mosquitoes were a constant nuisance, and the air conditioning was either non-existent or blasting at full power with no middle ground. This place is a disaster, and I strongly recommend avoiding it

The stay was really nice. The food we had in the restaurant was very good. The hotel common areas are very nice and clean. Couldn't use the swimming pool area because a renovation work was on, but other than that a really great experience.

Bad जो कीमत रुम की लेते हो वो 5 स्टार की सुवीधाये के और सुविधा 2 स्टार की, रुम मे 100ml ki सिर्फ 2 बोटल देते, टोटल बोगस सुविधा प्रदान करते है

2nd flr deluxe room was nice n cosy. Food was good. We had breakfast and ordered in room dining. Pool was great though depth was not more than 5ft. But it was well maintained. Downside was 2nd flr both the days there was conferences so it was a bit noisy. Overall wld definetly book again.
