Friendly staff . Hotel is facilities ok considered all factors . Was told it’s closing for major renovation soon for a year Hope to visit after Reno as the location is ideal for my work as it’s off the highway .

Commode was very dirty, washroom not clean, bed also not clean, room was not clean lots of hairs here and there, room had bad smell! not good as shown in photos!

Hotel property is big but badly maintained, seepage is all over, stinking, shortage of staff. Only visible staff is one person at reception and 2 at the breakfast.

The bedsheet was torn at some places. The morning breakfast had some stale food. The chocolate cake and crossaint were hard as it was made some days back. Did not have a good experience

Though it was a very short stay but lot of things were missing, not as per mark. Service staff was ok but there is a lot of scope of improvement

Not even worth of giving half of price. Yes i was upgraded to suit room but that raised my expansions. Poor room service. Tv remote not working. Wifi down. Below average. I don't think the hotels might be getting repeat customers.

Nothing seemed to work right from the moment we reached the hotel. No one offered to help us with my bags nor were we shown the room. The first room given had problem with the a/c. After complaining, the maintenance came and cleaned the a/c. Then we was given a second room with smaller bed. Rooms were not up to par for a 4 star property. Morning buffet had very less options and very specific food - only veg option available. Club emerald is not a 4-star hotel.
