Front office staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Revati and her colleague (another lady) gave us a lot of information and suggestions on where to go during our stay (all great suggestions). The housekeeping, guards, room service and F&B staff were also very helpful and nice. All in all, it was a great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable too.

I had a great stay at Hotel Bawa Continental. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The service was wonderful, and the staff was always helpful and attentive. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

I had a great stay at Hotel Bawa Continental. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.
