Although the room was comfortable, the quality of towels provided was extremely poor. There is a dire need to replace bath and face towels and when asked for a fresh set, they were of equally poor quality. That was rather disappointing. Request to work on this feedback and make necessary changes.

Excellent amenities and well maintained infrastructure. The only issue i faced was that the wifi password was not promptly provided and i had make repeated requests to attain the same. Very decent staff and food is great as well. Definitely recommend.

It was pleasant stay with jewel of chembur, i thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel manager and rest of staff members have been very supportive. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything except the mattress as it got a little hard, may be old one. On the other aspects the hotel was wonderful.
