I found this hotel to be a solid option for a stay in Mumbai. Very good location, excellent attention from the competent and friendly staff, comfortable and clean bed, hot buffet breakfast included. My room was spacious and quiet, and had working AC and nice hot shower. While some fixtures in the bathroom could have been improved, I would definitely stay here again. There's also a nice restaurant bar on the 9th floor with an open terrace and views of the city.

The location is very good, gateway of India is at walkable distance, the room was good too. But staff wasn't much friendly and polite. Specially reception staff. Also the bath tub is such a disappointment. It's just tiled pit and not a proper bath tub

1. It took almost 3 hours to offer complementary dinner. I have ordered dinner at 10am, that guys asked at 12.30, about my food preference veg or non-veg. They waited me until 1night. 2. Toilet flush was not working and hanging to the mirror. 3. AC water leakage in the night got my entire belongings wet and all my important papers got damaged 4. Rooms were dirty and getting cleaned only after a service request. 5. Towels napkins were given only on request. 6. Almost nothing was available, all the staff were proud to say, if you ask for a service then we will provide. Even basic amenities were not made available 7. Rooms are too small to live

Prime location and good behaviour of staffs. Food quality ok. But had an experience of very poor service in cloud 9 dinner. Rest all excellent.

Nightmare to say the least. Worst smell in the room... rooftop restaurant was not available as they gave it to a party itseems, no roti/nun available for dinner. The bed has hair of other people and tea and suger pouchers were open. It’s better to stay in platform than this hotel.
