市中心 房間不開空調還是很冷 早餐太簡單 前台24小時 就是效率很低 附近餐廳不多 就是網絡非常不穩定 整體可以再次入住

Broken toilet sheets, broken shower nor the room was clean, no service staff, no kitchen in the hotel. Most horrible experience of stay. Please do not visit there

Worse experience on food. You have to order food it will come in the form of parcel. Then you have to beg for cutlery and plates. This is something unexpected from such a rated hotel in Mumbai I will request everyone those who want to book this hote please carry your paper plates and cutlery 😃😃

Cockroaches are their in the room breakfast was not good quality. Whole night continues sound was coming hence completed unpleasant whole night. Tv was not working phone was not working many more

Rooms were not maintained well (broken glass, wearied out cushions. Walls were bad due to dampness. Basic amenities were missing.

I want a refund for the first night stay since they put us in old rooms that had mold, stench, toilet leakage, stained bedsheets, torn sheets, dirty bathrooms, torn walls etc. Upon complaining, they moved to a diff floor which had renovated rooms. I want a full refund for the 2 of the 4 rooms for the first night. Our first night was zero sleep and a total disaster.
