It is not good same picture that you saw in website . Single bed but has two mattresses on it and look awful ,I can not sleep in center because it has groove between 2 mattresses

Had the worst experience at the hotel. The room was dirty and dingy. The blanket provided was so small, that it isn’t even adequate to cover a full body of someone of 5 feet 3 inches height. The staff was unwelcoming, especially the manager. The washroom lacked basic kits as well and the WiFi was down the whole time. Definitely not worth the price.

The stay was quiet ok not so lavish or not so extraordinary. Just based on the price u will get ok rooms. If the room tariff should be less based on the rooms and services.

Good Staff and receptionist they responded very well. Especially the room boy who assisted us to guide us to our room and whenever he sees me his smiling face made me feel I am at home. i appreciate him particularly

Pathetic experience, very bad staff, only one night guy is good, rest all guys think that they own the hotel and customer is a begger who came to their hotel

We checked in before the check-in time of 2pm and we were charges rs. 1500- for early check-in, thats fine but they also made us pay for the breakfast for that morning despite being included in our booking. Generally any hotel allows to take one breakfast that is included in the package on the next day or the day of check-in as comfortable to the guest. They were going by the rules but a certain co-operation here could have been a nice gesture. So in short we ended up paying + 1500 for early check-in + 1500 for the breakfast i. E. Just imagine how terrible it must have felt. Kindly ask the associate hotel to be a bit co-operative so as to make us feel welcoming. We are certainly not booking hotel roa for our next visit.

Roa hotel is just huge in size, but their service is pathetic, ac always not working properly, poor phone service, they don't deliver outside food to the rooms the customer has to go by themselves to the outside gate because they don't allow delivery partner inside the gate

The rooms were very bad. I had to change the room twice. Once because it was smelling musty and the second room because the exhaust was not working. Out of the 4 days i stayed i had to change my room twice. My stay was uncomfortable as even when i informed the reception that i would have guests and took permission for them to be with me for the day, after they came they were not allowed to stay.
