The hotel is slightly outdated of date I suppose back in time when it was renovated it was luxery. But it is slightly behind on maintenance. Electric switches a little bit doubtful Overall I was satisfied I arrived without luggage as this was stuck in the airport I asked if they could provide me a toothbrush. The servant said: okay sir, wait a minute. And before I knew it he came back with toothpaste and tooth brush At night the servants sleep in the lobby on the floor They serve good food! All by room service

Very poor internet connectivity and rooms are also not good, poor toiletries supply as well room is not hygiene.

Not a good hotel as per price, basic facilities were not there. Pure booked so couldn't cancel had to stay as non refundable. Changing hotel now. Food was average. Doesn't feel like hotel from any angle. Property was not maintained. Seepage. Shower issues etc etc

I checked out after first night. Terrible hotel. Dingy. Dark. Smelly. The name accord must be click bait. Avoid this. You will be more comfortable and safe sleeping in park bench than this

Recently traveled to mumbai on a business 永安 and on some colleague reference stayed in this hotel. Hotel required a renovation and there was no basic amenities in the room. When asked the staff told it will not be provided. Lots of mosquitoes and surprisingly they don't have kitchen for food. Please avoid

Room given was not as per photos, they offered a very poor room even though i had paid 4 star price for a very good room as shown on the pics. The room they offered was not even in the pics. To get the room i wanted, they charged extra for actual room i already paid for
