Neat clean no proper arrangements tv problem wife not provided watter problem water not coming in toilet and bathroom room not good

Won't recommend such hotels. Towel was smelling, washroom there was no shampoo or body wash. Just gave ham-mam small soap. Entry is congested. Door lock was with normal latch key.

This property is in a pathetic condition and not worth having on makemy永安. The basic amenities are lacking, and the cleaning and hygiene are subpar. The rooms are badly maintained, very old, and don't even provide basic needs like drinking water, paste, and brush. Additionally, hot water was not available. My experience last night was terrible, and i would not suggest this hotel. I kindly request that you remove this property from makemy永安 to avoid damaging your reputation.

Hotel property is not good for night stay, room is very small and dirty, no any facility, hotel staff behaviour very rude. The rooms are not as shown. I had cancel-led my booking on that time but hotel management not any proper answer for refund

Don't don't ever book it's a small guest house not a hotel and why make my 永安 is on-boarding this kind of hotel i don't know. No lift no breakfast no ac proper very very poor

Needs much improvement in bed room and also exterior. Telephone facility, led tv not running, table, chair is pvc but not in condition to use

Location is good, rooms are very small ok for 1 person, staff is good and co operative, ac was good. Not suitable for family. I had booked with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was good. Very close to airport.
