Dirty room they give me

The location is terrible! The rooms are awful, and the service is nonexistent. You see a pile of garage just left like that beside the window. Unprofessional staffs and hotel managers to spice up the already awful place.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Ashyana. I had already booked my stay through MakeMy永安 with full payment done in advance, but upon arrival, the hotel staff demanded an extra ₹1400 for no valid reason. Despite showing them my confirmed booking details with no pending balance, they refused to check me in unless I paid the extra amount. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they didn’t provide any proper explanation for the extra charge. I had no choice but to pay since I was traveling and had no immediate alternative. The rooms were also not as clean as expected, and the service was below average. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. , be prepared for hidden charges and poor service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Very unprofessional staff, unclean and not hygiene, a lot of noise from other rooms, not as per photos, very small rooms

*location and accessibility* the location is conveniently accessible as it is situated beside the main road. *surroundings and locality* however, the area resembles a slum due to the presence of huts and the condition of the surrounding locality. *room conditions* the rooms are extremely small and congested, with beds adjusted within a single room, leaving no space for sitting or standing as most of the area is covered by the beds. *amenities and services* the hotel does not provide a tea kettle for making tea, nor are there any facilities for breakfast or lunch. Guests must procure meals from outside if required.

Stayed in a single room. It was quite compact. Friendly staff and efficient service were positives. For 2k, expected more space. Hopefully, other rooms are more spacious.
