Everything was almost as expected at this price. I can't say the room was completely clean but it wasn't bad. It's located in a good place. It's next to Laim station and you don't need to transfer to go to the Munich airport. It doesn't take much time to get to the city center. There's a bar right next to this hotel so at night, it might be noisy but for me, it didn't matter much since I wasn't a sensitive sleeper.

Leider sehr unfreundlicher Umgang mit Kunden. Beim Hinweis auf die vorschriftsmäßige Gesetzesgrundlage wurde lange rumdiskutiert. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, durch die dünne Holztür fühle man sich nicht wirklich sicher.  Wer kann sollte lieber paar Euro mehr investieren

Der Aufenthalt war für eine Nacht sehr angenehm gewesen. Etwas hellhörig, aber ansonsten ganz in Ordnung. Bei den Check-Out Zeiten gab es einige Unstimmigkeiten mit den vor Ort, vorher nochmal abklären. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in München.

Good value for money, along with a convenient location for bus, metro, etc etc. Good breakfast, ideal for a couple of days stay. Hotel’s on the second floor, it could be a little confusing for some people, but it has a huge sign that says hotel. Lobby staff was nice and very helpful. All in all, it was ok

For people who appreciate a warm place, with hot water, a clean bed and good coffee, the location is good, good value for money. I appreciated the good communication of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to transportation. 🥰🤗
