温德姆維也納之家慕尼黑 (Vienna House Easy by Wyndham München)

位置很方便！算是性價比比較不錯的酒店

酒店地理位置離地鐵大約走路7分鐘，門口附近有公車，超市，還有餐廳，去老城區要搭車去。前台很小，房間乾淨舒適，隔音不錯，整體不錯。

這是我在慕尼黑的第三次訂這個酒店了，這次衹訂了一晚，給了我一個沿街的房間很吵

去慕尼黑看歐冠，住了兩晚。酒店前台很小，英語一般，有些事情溝通也比較費勁，不太變通。房間還可以，功能齊全，床太軟了睡着不太舒服。周圍吃飯的地方挺多的，交通也方便，步行5分鐘可以到公交站。

Das Hotel hat eine viel zu kleine Tiefgarage, die Klingel daran funktioniert nicht, ans Telefon geht keiner also muss man sich selbst mitten in München im dichten Verkehr auf Parkplatzsuche machen... viel Spaß! Der Empfang wurde darauf angesprochen nachdem ich auch noch im Regen eine viertel Stunde zum Hotel gehen durfte, da man vorm Hotel nicht zum ausladen haletn kann, hat sie aber nicht interresiert. Die kleine Küche im Zimmer ist ein Witz, da man für Besteck extra zahlen muss und das dann auch noch selbst abspülen muss. Das Frühstück war ok aber auch nichts besonderes und das Gym bestehet aus drei Cardiogeräten und einem Kurzhantelset mit max. 12kg pro Hantel.

Liebes Team. freundliches personal, schöne Zimmer soweit alles gut. Leider fehlte aber der Hinweis, dass das Restaurant und auch die Bar aktuell geschlossen ist.

Nice location, breakfast is good, staff are nice, good hotel in Munich.

- No place to leave the bags safely (a reason why we chose the hotel) and it is stated on website. - We had to pay for bag storage somewhere else. - TV didn’t work at all for 3 days (requested fixing twice), they finally took care of it… - Shower would leak towards the outside so every time we used it we made a mess and had to used most towels to dry the floor. - Kitchenette is useless: no utensils of any kind (only ONE spoon for 2 people), no sponge or anything to wash the 2 cups provided (housekeeping didn’t wash them either), not even a rag or towel to dry stuff. - Bathtub didn’t have any pressure, so impossible to fill up. Tried on 3 different ocasion. Could never use. See video/photos. - Dryer machine on laundry room was useless, specially for a hotel, took over 6 hours and our clothes were still not dry. A day pretty much lost waiting on it. Ridiculous. - The room was not in the appropriate clean condition when we checked in. - for example all windows dirty from the inside (face and finger marks, etc), not cleaned in months. - Wifi was unstable and slow, couldn’t even make a phone call. Every day the same. - 6 nights and only got 2 coffee capsules. no refill. - I had to go and to the reception to get a trash trash bag because they didn’t put one in. - No air-filter-thing on sink faucet will make the water bounce everywhere.

Public transport is literally 2mins walking distance. So convenient. And you dont need to headache about the luggage since this is so close to station. Room was clean, they changed room for us immediately when we found out our the water hose in bathroom has spoilt. Service was good.

部屋にアメニティは全くないです ドライヤーは繋がれていて線も短くかなり重いので、髪を乾かすのがストレスになりました 部屋のクリーニングもない日もありました 雨が降っていましたが、傘を借りる事もできず交通の便も悪かったです もう泊まる事はないです
