Отель бронировали во время Октоберфеста, чтобы было легко добраться. Чисто, удобно, станция метро с прямой веткой до луга Терезии 1 минута от отеля. До центра 10 минут на метро.

選擇了無煙房 但晚上會從廁所通風口傳來大量煙味 味道比起住吸煙房更加重 引發我與伴侶的鼻喉不適 極度不推薦對煙味抗拒的人

這間是住過所有ibis裡面品質最好的，設計新又潮！ 地鐵幾站就到會場，到寧芬堡宮也才幾站距離. 下次會再來住！！

Während unseres Aufenthalts hat das Hotelpersonal versucht, die Verbindungstür zu unserem Zimmer zu öffnen, während ich im Bett war. Laut Rezeption kommt es häufiger vor, dass das Personal einfach in Zimmer eindringt – was völlig inakzeptabel ist. Der Hotelmanager versprach mir eine Wiedergutmachung und wollte sich melden, hat dies jedoch nicht getan. Für ein Hotel, das Sicherheit und Privatsphäre gewährleisten sollte, ist das absolut untragbar. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Great location, next to subway. Right below hotel have grocery store. Hotel lobby is at Level 1, which you need to ring the bell at the entrance for them to open the gate. Room was clean and bed was comfy. However I found that the room was abit dim, and no kettle is provided (need 20 euro deposit from lobby)

Staff not very customer friendly. Room didn’t have basic items like dental kit, kettle, slippers etc. Single pillow provided which wasn’t comfortable. Deposit of 10 Euro was taken for adapter but while refunding the same, staff on duty created lot of fuss despite producing the receipt provided by another staff during checkin.

乾淨衞生，入住離店快速方便，前台還有正宗德國啤酒售賣，對面就是超市，金拱門，購物、吃飯超級方便、強烈推薦。

Rooms are actually good, the beds are comfortable. Its also very spacious even we have 3 luggages. Unfortunately I have to leave the room only 3 stars due to the toilet, precisely the shower area. The design of shower area only cover half the area, leaving the other half open to make movement easy and spacious, but the wind that blows to you during your shower is unacceptable. Especially during winter season, so cold. Reception staffs are very helpful and friendly, no problem at all. 1 thing for guest to note, hotel only provide 1st glass bottle of water free. The subsequent requires you to pay, you can otherwise drink water tap from room or request a glass from reception.

The staff was polite and kind. The hotel is next to the shopping mall and U-bahn. the building is modern, rooms also. I stayed there for five days.
