翡翠酒店 (Hotel Emerald Inn)

Rude behavior - Receptionist / Manager (Arjun - Ponytail) Don't know how to behave with customers and women. Booked through Makemy永安(Premium rooms) but they given us storeroom. In Makemy永安 and their own platform they posted good images of Premium room. Based on images we booked the room and the guysaying that why you booked from Makemy永安, Don't believe reviews and book, I booked based on the reviews and got store room. Room booked in 4th floor but they given the room in basement with dustbin view. Unhygienic water, washroom is not good, Leech on beds and windows. Be careful. Unable to sleep in night, high volume of music. Simply waste, I won't recommend to family members.

Very bad experience. Non loyal hotel team. Rooms are very dirty and moistured wall. Never recommended to anyone. Don't waste your money. One of most flop hotel stay

I was told it was a mountain view from the window but all i was able to see was walls as I was provided with room in lower ground floor

Cleanliness: Mention if the room and washroom was dirty, had stains, smelled bad, or had pests. Did the hotel promise luxury but feel like a budget motel? Were the photos online misleading? they charge extra for badsheet which found slightly dirty.

The blanket and bedspreads were poorly washed, forming lints all over the clothes. The room allocated was located on -2 level of the building, which was not mentioned anywhere in the site. We expected a minimal view of the mountain at least but got disappointed

Fantastic Stay at Emerald Inn, Munnar! I recently stayed at Emerald Inn in Munnar, and it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and river from my room. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made our stay truly special. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all modern amenities. And the best part? The prices were very decent, making it an excellent value for money. Overall, I highly recommend Emerald Inn to anyone visiting Munnar. It's a hidden gem with a perfect blend of natural beauty, comfort, and warm hospitality. Can't wait to go back!

Stay was really good, it's near the Munnar market and in the centre of the city, so everything was accessible. The staff were really nice , the manager was also a cool person, they helped a lot.

Rooms are not clean,bed and pillows like very old .tha main problem thay not responsible after 12am to till 6.30 am there is no electricity

Room is not that much hygienic... Facility surrounding is garage area, all plastic waste is thrown...
