The stay was pleasant with nothing much to complain. The free breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean and the best part was 24/7 running hot water, something much needed for Munnar weather.. there wasn't much of a view from the room but it wasn't bad either.. probably one of the best views among the properties in Munnar town.. for better views you need to book away from Munnar town.. but you have plenty of options for food in the town.. wouldn't hesitate to come back again..

This is just a lodge with restaurant with no car parking inside the hotel - there is a separate parking outside the hotel. There are no amenities within the hotel for the kids /adults to spend time. Decent to stay but expensive in Makemy永安

Rooms are good. Clean and well maintained facility. Easy access to all the facilities and near to all tourist attractions. Food is really good, both veg and non-veg. Could create a kids play area at the back as it’s just a vacant area. Recreation room was under maintenance so hopefully that will be nicer once finished.

Stay was ok. Room was not up to expectations as we were hoping for a creek view after paying premium for Ambience rooms. What really spoiled the stay was during check-out where a staff forcibly have 5 star review on google. Hotel Silvertips would have been a much better option.

Location of the property excellent. Although it is in the center of the town, it is very quiet and calm. The staff is very humble and the amenities are also good. Service amazing. The food was surprisingly good.
