the hotel is NOT 4 star we were assigned rooms in a nearby block.no blackout curtains in the rooms. Road noise and a generator noise, not able to sleep peacefully. There is a Dj playing on the opposite property late into the night. Breakfast menu is mediocre. the only plus is that Manager/staffs were helpful.

Actually I am not satisfied with the service of the hotel, the executive room is just a name and the balcony view is not available directly. The balcony is also a hotel side wall seen only. No welcome drink provided they said sir you check in late that why welcome drink is not available. Hotel hot water is not available after 21 o clock and before 6 o clock. No personal geaser inside of bathroom. Sta

Rooms are very small. we stayed in room no 206. food is good but it is very costly. bathrooms are not dry. staffs are kind. balcony is not spacious

Hi, Our stay at Elysium Garden resort was very comfortable . I booked an executive room for my family for 2 nights. Room was having 3 windows viewing mountain, garden and city. View from balcony was awesome. Breakfast had variety of North, South and English food varities . Staff was gentle and nicely dressed . Overall very good experience.

The room is very small and drainage bad smell is there when we open the window.Hot water available from 6 am to 10 pm, because of boiler complaint. Very narrow corridor.

We did not stay at the property, the photos not matching with the property. The room is very dirty. Screens are full of stain. We checked out immediately and lost my money. They did not refund my money. And just to let you know I am going to consumer court.

Inconsistent rooms, poor food, noisy lift, no hot water after 10am, careless housekeeping, and money-minded staff. Not worth the stay or the price.
