new hotel, room is big, artistic, but the unexpected thing is the bad design in bathroom, the ground is so smooth and very slippery when there's water, shapoo... I fell down unfortunately...there's also a glass wall , so dangerous... I also shared this with reception and suggested to report their management for improving, making it rougher(many solutions in market). No update after that. 提醒大家，浴室地板很滑，洗澡時務必小心。

Отличный сервис, завтраки, бассейн на крыше. Единственный нюанс-навигатор не смог построить маршрут от аэропорта до отеля, поэтому строили маршрут до соседнего.

Excellent hotel, high recommend. Incredibly friendly staff. Amazing room and superb pool and spa. Recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in muscat. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

A great stay over all. The room is pleasant, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient as well. I got sad when it's time to leave since I wanted to stay longer. I will definitely go back to this hotel whenever I am in Muscat. Thank you very much

設計精美的酒店，無論是大堂還是室內設計，精緻奢華時尚。非常舒適。各種細節都做得很好，阿曼度假最好的酒店。食物也非常好吃。

Приехали в отель в 5:00 утра, за раннее заселение попросили, как за целый день. Мы отказались и сидели в лобби. К 7:00 утра подошёл менеджер и сказал, что заселит нас раньше (комплементари), нас это очень обрадовало.  Номера убирают чисто, в номере есть все необходимое. Номера большие. Очень богатый выбор завтрака- начиная от свежевыжатого арбуза, моркови.  Очень довольна, что нашлось что выбрать ребенку поесть на завтрак. Ведь в основном в таких странах все острое..

Frühstück morgens ab 6.30 Uhr nicht alles vorbereitet. Es fehlen Löffel Schöpfer etc. Das Frühstück sollte komplett aufgebaut sein für den Gast nicht Erst um 7.00 Uhr. Lounge Erlebnis war nicht vorhanden, die Getränke Werden eingeschlossen obwohl man den ganzen Tag kostenlos Softdrinks trinken kann, Frühstück und Essenauswahl in der Lounge schlecht. Personal sehr schlecht geschult vor allem morgens im Hauptrestaurant beim Frühstück.

Good, clean hotel! Very near airport. Room service was good. Close enough to main road to try and get normal taxis. Really nice pool with a better than expected infinity pool and view. Really nothing much to complain if I just wanted a well priced, well sited, clean and adequate hotel with a bar, pool, and gym. Service apartments (what I stayed in) are more functional than the main rooms and have more space but puzzlingly, other than the dining table, there’s no study table or dresser or mirror in the bedroom which is a tad annoying as you can’t connect the hair dryer in the toilet for obvious reasons Aesthetic is somewhat sterile though. No interesting design motif and looks rather bland but that doesn’t affect me as much. There’s a bar there although the design, again, doesn’t leave one feeling as if it’s Friday night out.

L’odeur de votre hôtel est incroyable Voiturier au top tout le personnel est magnifique je vous remercie Mention a la personne qui étais a l’accueil j’ai oublier son prénom c’est une jeune femme brune très souriante ! Le petit déjeuner superbe avec beaucoup de choix et nourriture fraîche jus frais vous avez tout se que vous souhaitez ! Piscine propre ouvert à tout moment salle de sport à disposition !
