It's not worth for what I have paid for. the lift area was not that clean and rooms were like a normal hotel. breakfast was not that great

Service are very good. Staffs are very polite. Excellent. Morning breakfast is very good. They have lot of variety. Afternoon lunch item also k. We need more vegetarian food for afternoon lunch.

We stayed there for one night. After checking into our room we saw that kettle was missing, the television channels were not working fine, had to inform the staff and follow up multiple times (3-4 times) to get it fixed. We had booked room with complimentary breakfast and the timing of breakfast was informed as 7:30 am to 10 am, we went for breakfast at 9:30 am and saw that the items were limited and the staff was not even refilling the breakfast items (watermelon juice) and the fruit section had no fruits left, same with the jam, there was nothing left to apply on the bread. We had ordered lime soda as part of room service the previous and the delivery took more than 30 minutes, overall not happy with the service.

Booking is user-friendly book now, pay later, option is really impressive getting timely reminders on booking and once booking done confirmation, getting through whatsapp, it’s really good overall, had a comfortable stay thanks a lot to team, make my 永安

Room is little small but pretty clean. Bathroom is above average. Only drawback was room was smelling with cigarette smell.

Food was little bland (Biryani). Kitchen closes at 11pm, but outside food was not allowed. Hotel is located at the prime area which is good Facilities - to get a simple coffee sachet, I was redirected to call 3 different numbers.

Food is good. The location is also communicable to all directions, Facilities seems old and they took time to respond some time more than an hour at restaurant to serve the order.
