pretty average hotel, small room size, less manpower, narrow corridors........definitely not worth the money spent

Prime location and all facilities are as described. Staff were quite courteous. Parking space sufficient during the visit.

We had a very pleasant stay. Felt at home every moment. Very friendly and courteous staff. Room was neat and clean. Location is ideal for those who don’t have a personal vehicle.

The rooms were neat and clean and well maintained, well mannered staff, easy check in and very good location.

Rooms were pretty good. The best thing i loved about their service is the dining area and room service. They literally picked all the phone calls on first go itself. You can find warm water anytime in bathroom. They also entertained my special request in dinner very nicely. Good experience.

The rooms were good but the food is not good and you don't get what you want like like in breakfast you want dosa he comes and says dosa is not there the fruits are stale.

The restaurant team, including Nishan, Sethu, and Vishal, provided exceptional hospitality, catering perfectly to my toddler’s needs. The chefs—Akhir Hussain, Vikraman, Afaulla, and Jamal—offered personalized, delicious meals that felt like home cooking. Thanks to the reception staff for their flexibility, making our 永安 even more comfortable. Its proximity to Mysore’s key attractions also adds to its charm. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!
