A small dainty hotel near st philomena cathedral. Rooms were old and okay. There's no food service restaurant but allows zomato, swiggy etc. Front desk is super supportive. May feel disturbed early morning due to loud speaker prayers

It's a worthless hotel, the guy at the reception is rude. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. The bathroom and room are not cleaned. The bedsheets are holey, even better than this is sleeping on a bus stand. You won't get any hot water even if you stay in a room. This hotel is located in an unclean location.

We faced lot of problems during stay with bed bugs, no cleanliness and no hot water. My kid got fever with these issues. Not satisfied by paying 8k.

Dear sir, the experience is very bad. In hotel presidency, the room size booked and allotted room no. 108 on 24. 12. 24 evening was very small in size. Bed was also not double bed. Can't comfort and sleep. In the morning washing time hot water in tap not available in bathroom till bath. Complaint also done but not shortout. It is requited please refund my hotel charges booking amount. Dev kumar

I had the worst experience When I entered the room, the bedsheet was visibly unwashed and filthy, and the room had an unbearable odor. Due to this incident, I had no choice but to book another hotel for my stay.

i think your assistants are good and responsible. they respond quickly and frequently. not only flight booking but also hotel booking is same manner performance.i glad to say that i am pleased about your professional excellence. in future i wish to go an international tour package with your touch 😄
