마이소르팰리스 등 주요관광지와 차로 10분 정도 거리, 마이소르 부촌(고쿨람)과 가까움. 1박 숙박에 수건을 넉넉히 주지 않은 점, 조식에 양식 메뉴는 조금 부족했다는 점, 키즈존이 열악했다는 점은 아쉬움 위치, 청결도, 서비스는 만족. 한달 전 예약했을 때보다 여행 직전 예약했을 때 숙박비가 반값으로 떨어져서 트립닷컴 무료취소 후 재예약함.

Overall the stay was positive, good service from the team and pleasant breakfast. The only drawback was the toilet floor was a bit sticky and there wasn’t any provided slippers in the room.

A Horrendous Experience at Grand Mercure Mysore Our stay at Grand Mercure Mysore was a complete letdown from start to finish. The issues began at check-in with major communication gaps and incompetent room allocation. Despite booking 2 rooms with elderly and kids, we were offered rooms on separate floors, forcing us to wait hours while the staff fumbled for a solution. Luggage handling was equally chaotic—our bags remained unattended, and we had to retrieve our car keys ourselves just to get them delivered. The management showed no willingness to help, refused to process a refund for a downgraded room, and remained dismissive throughout. Service at breakfast was shockingly poor—a 20-minute wait for an omelette speaks volumes about their carelessness and inefficiency. This was a stay marred by inexperienced staff, disorganized processes, and management’s refusal to take accountability. For a hotel of this stature, such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality.

Good location near metro. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Staff in the restaurant including the chef was always eager to help and the buffet breakfast as well as dinner were with plenty of varietis and were tasty.

Great location, nice staff and takes very good care of guests. Special thanks to the restaurant chef and his team! Very nice food, takes care of special food due to allergies, provides alternative. Communication is good. Overall very comfortable and memorable stay, would visit again.
