Well my stay in the hotel was very good.I love my room & its clean..The breakfast buffet was fantastic the staff are all accomodating..Lastly I love complimentary pick up from the airport..The driver was so patient, waited for my my delayed flight. Thanks VCH..

Good location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.
