房間很大 也很乾凈 很喜歡這種 電視還是tv box 還可以看youtube 有吹風筒什麼 都很好 周邊就這些小市級 酒店的工作人員都很友善 就是酒店早餐選擇有點少 但都不會難吃 還不錯

酒店服務很不錯 服務員都很親切 lobby就有賣一些零食、生活用品、飲料 很方便 走出去對面就有幾間便利店 也有賣tempeh幹、魚餅零食、果乾那些 一整個就很方便！ 衹是樓下剛好在裝修吧？所以有點臟臟的 我也剛好住在角頭間 樓下街角下貨時有點吵 但是酒店內的整體都很不錯👌🏻💓

Pros. The service and rooms are excellent. Will stay here again when I am gg to Batam. Cons: the room is near the lift landing and it smells of cigarettes. Hope to improve on it. Do not put customer of non smoking room to rooms near the lift or smoking area.

Great location, just a few minutes’ drive to Nagoya Hills Mall by Gomel/grab. The rooms are clean and spacious, with hair dryers in every room. There are eateries, shops, and convenience stores nearby too.

房間的設施都還可以，比較新。但是千萬不能住在最拐角的那間房（應該是特價的那間房），房間帶一個小門通向陽台，隔音很差，一整晚都有摩託車的聲音，而且聲音很大，有那種改裝摩託車的轟鳴聲。我是一個對環境不怎麼挑的人，在這間房我一夜沒睡着。 空調正好對着床，把我都吹感冒了。 陽台的小門是玻璃的，陽台上的燈整夜都是亮着的，所以房間也是亮的，這個小門沒有簾子。

The hotel is in the Nagoya area, which is quite convenient. It’s new, with clean and welcoming corridors. Our room was clean too, but unfortunately, the hotel is not smoke-free. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, which gave me a headache, especially worrying since my kids were staying in too. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, but they only suggested using air freshener, which didn’t help. I even asked to change rooms and was willing to pay extra, but got no follow-up. Later, I realised the smoke smell was coming from the toilet, possibly due to shared ventilation? The smell got worse at night, and we had to cover our noses with blankets. I really hope the management will address this ventilation issue other than that I find the hotel was value for money.

Need some couple of time to manage to check in the room but the customer service team is helpful. Room was not sound proof, can hear the voice from next room or people walk away at the corridor.
