First time staying at this hotel. Location is just beside Nagoya Hill Mall, walking distance by entering the shortcut way from the Informa backdoor. Rooms were quite clean but just a little noisy during the night. However, the hotel staffs there were friendly. No coffee/tea/sugar/creamer and mini fridge as well. The TV was not in a good quality.

Booked 3 rooms. To get better rooms juat book the Dream Deluxe Room. Although the rooms are small but it is stii comfortable and serve the needs well. The check in process is fast and the ladiy handle the check in is very friendly. It is purely commenaurate qithbwhat you pay.

Front office service was good... friendly and helpful. I love the location as it it near a shopping mall. Room was relatively clean.

Hotel is refurbished with a changed name. Not really ready for guest. Beds can feel the springs and unusually low. No shower curtains so wet floors beside door as the bathroom is very small. Door locks don't work properly. Had to go to reception twice and maintenance fixing door locks. Safe is completely broken and not functioning in both rooms. No bathroom racks at shower, only a soap dispenser. After room cleaning, toiletries not replaced. Hand soap bar that was used was thrown aware and as nothing was replaced, we had nothing after that.
