滿分入住體驗！酒店位置極佳，步行範圍內就能找到各種地道小吃和高品質按摩，生活機能拉滿。房間內部裝修考究，設施很完善，床鋪的尺寸和舒適度都超出了預期。員工服務態度非常好，很有禮貌，讓人感覺很親切。雖然地處繁華地段，但環境清幽，完全不用擔心噪音，推薦給追求品質的朋友。

酒店很新很乾凈，餐廳很寬敞，食物很多很好吃。房間也很乾凈舒適，我們一家四口入住一間房間兩張單人床空間足夠，服務人員很親切有禮貌，我們都很喜歡，下次來Batam 一定繼續入住這裏去，非常滿意😀 樓下屋頂還有卡丁車玩，附近很多餐館小吃，按摩都很方便，帶小孩的家長也很適合👏 叫車叫grab都超方便，真的值得推薦，回來新加坡已經給很多朋友推薦了👍🏻

I stayed at HARRIS Hotel Batam for a recent business 永安 and was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist — check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a good space to unwind after meetings. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, which made it easy to work from the room. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering both local and international options — a great start to the day. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby offices, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel also provides a peaceful environment, perfect for business travelers who need both comfort and convenience. Overall, I had a pleasant and productive stay. I’ll definitely choose HARRIS Hotel Batam again for my next business 永安. Highly recommended!

I had a remarkably generous experience with our room being upgraded to a suite. I appreciate the concept of an open wardrobe and the spacious room, which features comfortable bedding, pillows, and linens. The bathroom is equipped with different types of towels, as well as travel-sized body products including conditioner, body lotion, and a two-in-one shampoo, along with a shower cap. However, there was a lack of a razor. I prefer bath slippers that offer water absorption and cushioning, as they are more comfortable after long journeys than hard-edged slippers, which can cause blisters on my delicate skin. I spent my day swimming, although the gym is not yet ready for use, and there is no steam room available. There are many dining options, including a BBQ at the poolside, as well as a spa and salon in the Thamrin Batam area, making it very convenient for those who have a few days to experience everything in this young, lively, and vibrant atmosphere.

Hotel is new and very clean with basic amenities. I like the room with spacious shelves that we could put our luggage bags. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and normally with quite a number of local dishes. Overall the egg station and bread are those i preferred since some food was not up to standards. Staff are courteous, pleasant and helpful when i asked for recommendation. Lobby has a huge sitting area for meeting up with friends and right at the end, a small lounge which serves drinks. The only inconvenient part is the swimming pool - it is not in the same building and cannot reach with a connecting lift. Swimmers has to move out of the hotel to go to the next building, move to level 6 and there's the swimming pool. There are changing rooms available. Perhaps the hotel is new, our taxi driver could not locate the hotel. As there are a few Harris properties in Batam, best to inform taxi driver including address. Btw, getting Grab to any other shopping malls are convenient and low cost. There are plenty of eaterie around. Within minutes walk, there are minimarts, cafe, food court, restaurant, massage parlours, skincare and hair salon! These are 2-3 storey high building. Nagoya Hill is the nearest shopping mall which is about 10-15 minutes walk. There is a school nearby so you could hear some noise when they are conducting activities. Also on-going construction nearby, can't really hear from room, so it doesn't bother us. Over all a great stay!

Love the cleanliness and welcoming service. Even if I didn't mentioned it was my birthday, the hotel prepared cake and delivered it when I returned to the hotel as a surprise ! Really appreciate it.

The staff members greeted and smiled when they saw us and the breakfast spread was awesome. Fondue, sushi, green bean soup, pulau hitam, crackers, porridge with chicken stock, just to name a few. Please provide salted eggs as a condiment too. Access to the hotel was inconvenient when traffic was heavy as there were cars packed by the side and some construction was going on which blocked part of the sideways. Overall, we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff.

Good service from reception staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Friendly service in restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices, mix of east and western food. Good location. Many eating options and convenience stores nearby. Brand new hotel so room was in great condition, very comfortable. Hope managment maintains this standard. Room doors could be soundproofed better as morning prayers from nearby mosque and other guests talking in the open hallway were disruptive late at night and early morning.
