酒店位置裏附近商場非常近. 服務員可以流暢溝通英語並配合顧客要求. 房間大部分提供吸煙.大廳門口有固定抽煙區域. 每天服務員會通過WhatsApp使用標準英語主動詢問客戶是否進行客房打掃. 關於比較差的方面: 首先房間的廁所會回味.屬於那種廁所如果不關馬桶和門有很大的廁所異味. 其次房間的淋浴設施屬於衹配備浴缸和花灑.如果需要站立洗澡可能會遇到洗浴室存在積水無法及時流到下水道. 房間在入住時有檢查到床單並非很乾凈. 至少可能是清洗了但是有異色. 枕頭也存在紅色斑點的痕跡. 需要注意的時酒店每一層都提供了飲水機.房間裏配備了裝水玻璃瓶. 如果你有喝水的需求. 你需要使用房間的瓶子去居住的樓層自行接水. 酒店並不提供顧客飲用瓶裝水

Everything is good, very spacious except that the bedsheet, pillows and blanket have a stench . Other than that everything is ok

From the ferry terminal, quite near to the hotel. Within 5min reach the hotel. Got pool table to play, can request from the restaurant side. All the staff are friendly. If they can provide extra more pillows will be good.

Air Conditioner Not Working: The air conditioning in the room was not functioning during my stay. I was informed that there were no other rooms available, and I was only provided with a fan, which was insufficient given the weather conditions. Uncomfortable Bed with Bed Bugs: The bed was extremely uncomfortable and, worse, I experienced bed bug bites during the night. This made it impossible to rest properly and caused discomfort even after my stay.

I think the other reviews on 永安 are not accurate. Hotel is not refurbished. Deco is nice in room and everywhere. But all are old, with stains, dust and even cobwebs. Toilet routings are blackish with wat looks like old stains. The worst part is the water pipings. I suspect their pipes are rusty, as water for shower n sink smells metallic and yellowish in color. The pillow n bolster all smells musty, feels really old. Good that studio room has pantry, big fridge and bath tub. The breakfast options are limited, taste is just normal.

Dirty with cigarettes butts all over in a non smoking room, went to pick up one of the butt stuck near window ledge , and threw in dustbin, the next day housekeeping took photo of rubbish bin with one cigarette butt and I was accused of smoking, the hotel wanted to make me pay penalty of 1 million rupiah cause found a cigarette butt in rubbish bin as evidence shows that I’m smoking, but I retaliated and told it was a butt found at your hotel window ledge which I threw in the bin…. till now still waiting for their response…

酒店房型比較大，然後乾淨衞生舒服頂樓有游泳池和吧枱，酒店樓下旁邊都是小吃攤，然後離市區商場步行就可到達

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.
