早上到 説不能早check in 説要下午三點check in 下午四點到回酒店 要加床 説要準備房間又讓等20-30分鐘 弄到來4.40pm才進到房間 加床又讓等多半小時 太慢了 online booking的意義是什麼？ 電視機也不怎麼理想 一直斷line  第一次住讓人有點失望 酒店食物也很普通

房間很老，裝修都是中國80年代的，房間裏面有蟑螂，採光不好。位置也不好，沒有auston好。關鍵走的時候還被扣了10萬塊印尼盾，據説衞生不合格，我都無語了! 我嫌搬家麻煩，續住好幾天，反而被扣錢，頭一次遇到這樣的事情。不推薦住!

Location is ok, not too far from malls. 2 lifts and 1 is down, and the working one has faulty door sensor. Hotel room is rather spacious but not very well maintained. Shower temperature goes hot and cold, user sitting on the toilet bowl risk being hit by the door from the outside as it has no door stopper. Hotel remote is barely visible. Room door does not shut tight and needs extra pull or push. Room also has rather poor sound proofing. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Nice cozy and very clean room… book the superior room and there’s lots of space. It literally at the 20th floor and the view of the town was fascinating. The lobby staff served with a smile and they can accommodate to your special request.. This hotel are well recommended.

Great place to stay, except there's no power switches beside the bed for charging of mobile devices and there's only 1 power switch on the desk surprisingly the power switch is linked to Desk light. So if I off the desk light then I cannot charge my devices. Another power switch is at corner near window.

很乾凈，房間很大，床很舒服。走路出來10分鐘就到fave hotel那邊的kopitiam了。去nagoya mall也就步行15分鐘距離。大多數grab都知道這個地方。挺好的。 衹是電梯衹有兩架，等比較久。 房間洗澡熱水器時冷時熱，洗得不是很舒服。

Good location, variety of eatery choices are within walking distance, whilst travelling to shopping malls is pretty convenient too. Staffs are friendly but not so attentive. Limited breakfast choices with "same old" menu throughout our stay (5-nights).

My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining. The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!
