The counter staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is far from the shopping center, but the hotel provides shuttle bus service, which is quite convenient. Hotel lobby is magnificent, with many antiques and is great for taking photos. The breakfast was delicious and the waiter service was great. Overall, happy to stay in this hotel.

This hotel has character but it's old. It showed like one and smell like one. My deluxe room was in B1 (it sounds bad although it's because of the hilly terrain it was built on), of decent size with huge balcony. But i found dust all over furnitures, with partition doors, wardrobes all having quite bad wear and tear. The corridor had unpleasant smell due to humidity and during out stay, a few rooms beside us had very bad HVAC trunk leakage. The bathtub was creaking and really in dire need of maintenance/renovation. Location-wise, it looks central but it's up the hill and in the middle of one-way road...so any cars must circle it, making what seemingly a short journey in the map a longer one.
