Nice hotel, spacious, clean and 5 min ride to Nagoya Hill Shopping center. The receptionist (Sindy) is very helpful and friendly . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service ! Will check in again next time .

Breakfast is included in the room package with a good variety of food choices. The location is superb, and the staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and comes with a bathtub.

Better than expected. Unique room layout. Friendly and well trained staff. I would stay here again with friends or family next time. Only one small stain found on the bedsheet but it's alright for me.

Truly not recommend! While I was aware that the hotel was old, I at least anticipated a clean and comfortable environment. Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was greeted by a distinct smell of smoke, which was quite disappointing. The lighting in the room was dim, adding to the overall uninviting atmosphere. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were not clean, and the pillowcases had a yellowish tint that made me question how long they had been in use. Despite requesting a change, I received another pillowcase that was similarly discolored. The bath towels were also not up to standard. I expected fresh, clean towels, but they did not meet that expectation. Additionally, the shower was located in a bathtub where the water flow was incredibly slow. I found myself pausing the shower multiple times just to let the water drain properly. After one night, I decided I couldn't stay for a second. I promptly checked out and moved to another hotel where I could find the cleanliness and comfort I was looking for. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel, especially given its rating. A four-star hotel should at least offer a clean and comfortable experience, and this one failed to deliver on both fronts.

The hotel wasn't cleaned as expected especially the pillowcase, toilet and also the cupboard. The breakfast option was limited, and the staff there didn't replace it ASAP when being empty. When I asked for the help, it took me twice or three times calling until the staff came.

The hotel amenities are okay. Pool was empty (no water), so can’t be used. As for the room, the bed and pillows are dirty with stains, wardrobe and cabinets are worn out, so they are jammed, or not in good condition. Service wise, the staff are friendly and helpful, a little language barrier but all worked out. Breakfast in buffet style but options are limited.
