曾經入住過這間酒店，當時的感覺不太舒適，不過這次比起上回入住的時候令我感到非常滿意，尤其是早歺多了一些新的選擇。

酒店衞生比較差，鋪的床單都是這種帶有血漬的，很糟糕，一大早上還沒有起床就一直敲門過來打掃衞生，房間的空調聲音特別大，行政房間這個費用一點也不值，總體體驗感非常不好。

地點非常的好，尤其是走去A2 foodcount 衹需3分鐘還有走路也能到達grand batam mall 真的太方便了

Loved our stay here! The rooms were clean, spacious, well furnished and comfy. The aircon is amazing. The breakfast spread is good, but quite slow service and refilling. Our cappuccino was very delayed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security, door men and bag service men. Location is fantastic, walkable to BCS Mall and Grand Batam mall.

Disgusting and dishonest — do NOT stay here! Unfair charges and filthy rooms. Terrible experience from start to finish. The rooms are dirty and disgusting. When we checked in, the bed sheets already had blood stains. At checkout, the hotel tried to charge me IDR 200,000 for them! When we removed the sheets, we discovered the mattress was filthy and horrifying (see photo). We booked 3 rooms and noticed the stains on the very first day, but didn’t complain because we didn’t want to cause trouble. In the end, the hotel blamed us for not reporting it immediately. Instead of apologizing, they shamelessly argued with us and insisted it was our problem. Even when I asked for ONE extra towel, the staff said the hotel was “fully booked” and couldn’t provide it. A big hotel with no extra towels? Absolutely ridiculous. This hotel only knows how to scam guests with unfair fees, while providing disgusting rooms and terrible service. Worst hotel experience ever — strongly NOT recommended!

Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread. Keep up the good work! Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!

Good location opposite BCS mall. This hotel has very strick non refundable policy if free cancellation window is passed. Even tough 永安 try to appeal and proof of sickness provides by doctor, still they reject the request. So for service it is only 2 star. Location and hotel condition is good to be fair.
