During check in, female counter staff did not give a welcoming presence. She was cold with straight up face. When asked if there are rooms nxt to each other as we have 2 kids under 7, her reply was blunt and rejected immediately without checking. Then when asked about any available connecting roomd, same response given. We have indicated comments upon booking and understood that it was based on availabilty but the service rendered could be much better. No empathy or positive response given. Basic rooms are without fridge but room was cold enough to keep our drinks cold. Housekeeping and breakfast staffs are much more friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was adequate and filling.

location was pretty central  service was good Outlook of hotel was nice for class 3 Star Only room a bit small as for the price No cabinets,no safe box and no sitting area when packing food back to eat Ability to rest while waiting for bathroom or a proper seat cushion failed as not provided at all need to improve a lot on the facilities for rooms

Everything was ok , the location, price and breakfast. My most disappointing is that I am told from counter staff they conduct yoga sessions on alternate days at the 3rd floor. When I reached on Tuesday afternoon August 2025 abt 6pm, I was totally pissed off with the lousy sound proof from yoga class. I am told it will ends at 7pm. Wednesday was ok BUT they start the lesson again on Thursday morning at 9.10am sharp. I left the hotel at 9.30am and I’m back at 11.30, everything was back to normal ( which a hotel should be)

I booked the standard room, room is moderate but have a bit of a moist smell… towel a bit worn out.. need to change to ensure better hygiene…

Floor was dirty. Lobby and lift lobby looks recently renovated. But the room's standard did not match the lobby standard. Room has smoke smell even though it was a non smoking floor

Front desk staff are so polite and helpful, I forgot to bring my handphone cable, she is so sweet to borrow me without asking when you return back ! So touching! This is my third time stay , just a walking distance to market and mall ! I will be back soon!

Staff is polite and helpful, location is good.But if you can't make it noise please don't choose this hotel, every morning 4-5am mosque will start praying, the sound proof is bad. Find bed bugs at pillow and drill sound at morning time can't rest well at first day.
