房間衞生一般，有潮濕黴味。附近吃、買、按摩方便。但是最讓人不能接受的是訂了二間房，要求一間大床房，一間雙床房，可給我們二間都是大床房，和酒店説不可能讓二個男生睡一個床吧，但是酒店以沒有房間的藉口不肯給一個房間換雙床房。早餐也不怎樣。不會再選擇入住該酒店。

酒店位置優越 靠近Grand Batam Mall, A2 Foodcourt 前台和服務人員都非常nice 也很友好 附送了兩杯Starbucks的禮券 在入口的bar台就能兌換 房間也很乾凈 早餐選項豐富 從英式早餐到印尼本土風味早餐 非常推薦！！！

與家人來巴淡島度假，住入這巴洛伊酒店我很滿意。我母親行動不便坐輪椅，他們的工作人員很好樂心幫忙推她進入到大堂。然後更細心的為所有顧客過馬路時為我們阻擋車輛，單時這一點的動作都值得給於掌聲👏還有一項也值得分享，他們家會免費贈送星巴克的咖啡飲料！

As a hotelier myself, I was truly impressed and touched by the service during my stay from 19 to 21 September. Your team embodies genuine hospitality — from the warmest and friendliest welcome at check-in, to the thoughtful initiative consistently shown throughout my stay. The unsung heroes from Housekeeping never fail to greet guests with a smile, creating a sense of warmth and belonging that is often overlooked but deeply felt. I also witnessed a heartening moment where your Security team rushed out to assist a guest in a wheelchair and even helped us cross a busy street safely. These acts reflect not just duty, but genuine care for guests. My overall experience was truly memorable, and I left with a strong sense of appreciation for your team’s dedication and heart.

I recently spent a wonderful holiday vacation with my family in Batam, where we stayed in 2 connecting rooms at iHotel Baloi. The stay was pleasant, and the location was super convenient, with plenty of shopping options within walking distance. I'd highly recommend iHotel Baloi Batam for its great location and comfortable stay 👍🤗.

Excellent hotel. Staffs are welcoming, warm and polite. Cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent location - ＜5 mins walk to 2 malls (grand batam mall, city square mall) and, massages shop. Just beside the hotel is A2 food court. At night, there's a row of food stalls at roadside of the hotel. Opposite the hotel there's a convenience shop and many restaurants, penuin wet market is there as well. Breakfast is rich in variety from western to local Indonesian, including an Indomee stall. Overall, it's a 10/10 recommendation!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. Service was great — we requested extra towels and received them promptly. Check-in was quick and smooth, with friendly staff at the front desk. We also ordered food delivery during our stay, and the reception kindly received it on our behalf. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable experience!
