巴淡香草名古屋酒店 (Sahid Vanilla Nagoya Batam)

房間價格不貴，位置也挺方便，就是衞生間裏面洗浴設施都壞了。花灑，水龍頭和噴管都不能正常使用。短時間住還可以。我入住的比較晚，凌晨才入住。所以沒有來得及讓他們幫我換房間，早上才發現。

Every night noisy and cannot sleep. I had to pay for a slightly stained on bedsheet.location is not bad near mall.Reception call phone broken in my room .

Enak bangett

Kamarnya cukup luas, pelayanan ramah dan baik, pelayanan titip barang sebelum waktu check in diperbolehkan. Bahkan ada yg smpai lebih waktu check out tapi barangnya ttp diperbolehkan dititip. Resepsionis nya baik, ramah, murah senyum. Ke pusat perbelanjaan dekat 😍

Used to stay at this hotel on my usual 永安, but last stay the hotel is diff management, sky bar has no more live music and change to a eatery place , music is load, very loud for a local eateries, room is noisy, motor bite ramming and music from eateries is banging whole night till 3pm couldn't sleep, this will be my last stay at this hotel

Price was absolutely not represent the quality Broken AC, Dirty & Smelly room If you bringing kids just be careful some of their furnish pointed out and so dangerous.. my head almost stab by their sharp metal near pillow

Dont stay here if you are expecting to have proper sleep and good service. We stayed on Saturday night and the Hotel was having a house party on their rooftop until 4.30 AM in the morning. We couldn’t sleep since the noise and vibration can be heard till the room. Our room is at 5th floor and the rooftop party is at 8th floor. At 4.00 AM, we call the receptionist for complaint and then instead of shutting off the party or give us better solution, they just said the party will be finish in 30 min and offered us any earplugs if we need. Receptionist even told us that the noise can be heard from all the rooms, it’s like they expect us to understand that their party is more important than we as Hotel customer who just want to have a proper sleep. Receptionist also said that their rooftop party finish longer on weekends, so that means they’re doing the noisy party EVERY NIGHT.

Location: It is strategic as it is just located across Grand Batam Mall, 7-minute walking. However, it is a busy road, difficult to crossover. Cleanliness: It is reasonably clean but not up to the expectation. Service: - Polite staffs but was not able to accommodate to customers needs, as I travel with my family members (with 2 elderly). - We were being placed at Level 6, which was one floor below the Club (level 7). The club had been booming since 9:00 p.m. - I managed to call up the concierge at 3:45 a.m. and they reiterated that the club session will ended at approximately 4:00 a.m. but it actually ended at 4:30 a.m. - My parents and I did not sleep the whole night. - The management only come back to us at 4:00 p.m. (which was 12 hours after), only to tell us that there were going to assist us to change to better rooms. - Decided to forfeit the room and change hotel. Facilities: - Other than the club and bar / lounge above, there's no other facility provided for this hotel. - An over-rated 3-star hotel. - Air-conditioner was not cold enough even set to 18 degrees celsius (maximum) and maximum blowing speed. - Leaking toilet basin. - Lights in room were not installed properly (one yellow bed light and another white light on the other side). Recommendation: 1. If you are solo traveller and don't mind with the booming sessions over the night, you may proceed to stay in this unit. 2. Otherwise, this is definitely not a good choice for families. The aim of staying in the hotel is not just merely lying on the bed but to rest. This shows that the hotel has lack on insights for her eligible customers to rest properly during precious short holiday 永安. It's too insensitive. 3. 永安 to give better advice to user before recommending / listing such property online, as this kind of units would definitely jeopardised the reputation of your platform. Kindly do the needful.
