巴淡島藝術酒店 (Artotel Batam)

酒店地點很好，走路幾分鐘就可以到達附近的網紅咖啡廳（itsumo/joyi/Gozan）,還有hairtalk/spring massage/autuum/pure按摩都在酒店附近。酒店樓下也有巴殺，買蝦米/乾糧/水果都有。附近也有出名的33魚湯喝Grand mall。酒店早餐不錯，有indomee,尤其黑咖啡油脂很濃。房間空間很大，膈音好

Great hotel to stay. Hotel are clean n spacious. There’s safe box in the room too and free amenities such as coffee dispensers.  Breakfast not bad as there’s Indonesia Jamu (health tonic) available. Just in front of hotel there’s 24hrs Circle K( Indo 7E).

The food at the hotel's café was quite decent and offered good value for money. The room was clean and thoughtfully stocked with complimentary snacks and coffee capsules, which was a pleasant touch. However, the lighting could be improved, as the room felt rather dim at night. For a small hotel, the breakfast selection was impressive—I appreciated the daily variety, with subtle changes to the menu that kept things interesting. Even the instant noodles were cooked to the perfect texture. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would happily return.

要預訂時查看覺得四周好像不怎麼樣，殊不知入住後才知道，這個地點絕佳。旁邊就是物超所值的早市，可以體驗當地最樸實的在地生活和最道地的沒事，附近也有很多有名的cafe、小吃店、餐廳、服裝店、美容及按摩院等，超級方便。酒店在晚上會有演唱，按摩服務業很到位，雖然四周環境看着隨意，但進出都會有工作人員在旁協助，讓人很安心。謝謝酒店安排的生日驚喜。

Location: Great! Just across the road from Grand Batam Mall, and in the morning you can easily explore local products and the traditional marketplace nearby. Within walking distance to A2 Foodcourt and popular Kueh Lapis shops like Lapisa and Little Box Premium. Hotel: Artotel Hotel is new and stylish. However, the room’s air-conditioning wasn’t cooling enough to beat the afternoon heat. Amenities were also limited — only 1 bath towel provided, unlike other hotels that usually include face and hand towels. Another downside was the floor mat condition. As shown in the picture from our first check-in, it looked already used. Unfortunately, this was the same during our second night’s stay. It seems like a laundry issue, as the mats weren’t maintained clean and white, possibly due to lack of proper bleaching. Breakfast: Choices were rather limited, and there was no egg live station to prepare omelettes or fried eggs, which most hotels typically offer. Service: Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant despite the drawbacks. .

Excellent location with Grand Batam Mall, massage parlour, wet market and food stalls in close proximity. Rooms are well cleaned daily. Breakfast spread was good but the time could be extended beyond 10am stipulated for late risers.

I have good experience staying in Artotel and have chosen the same hotel this 永安. It will be good if the hotel can provide more options for breakfast. Also, for hygiene purposes, maybe can provide disposable slippers instead of recycled type of slippers although this is a good approach for go green. As the recycle slippers are quite worn out and dirty. However, the staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, I give them a thumb up.

Not too sure if it's just the level or of a whole.. cleanliness might differ. Room.. not the best .. linen stained .. towel stained.. topping of towel differs between days... From a complete set of towels .. to just bath towels only... On the other hand... At the restaurant.. there's a guy that mops the floor non stop.. going thru in between table... I guess it's good to have a clean floor... Taste wise... Not as b4.. new sets of kitchen crew.

Took Grab from Harbourbay ferry terminal. Wasn't hard for Grab driver to locate. Right across Batam Grand Mall - a more modern mall in Batam. To the mall walking distance of about 100m or so. Check in went fine and they could store our luggage prior to check in timing. Room was very spacious with complimentary minibar for our booking, can't confirm it is for all room or not and whether have such privilege in the future. All items in room works well. The hairdryer wasn't working for my friend's room and they changed it almost immediately. TV had a few Indo, SG and some cable channels. Breakfast was part of our package and started at 6am, main buffet line had different menu for the 2 days we stayed, while the rest of the buffet line repeats. Was easy to get Grab even though it was a weekend. Most of the drivers are on standby at the convenience store opposite the hotel it seems - that's the one being assigned to me at least. Massage parlours everywhere even infront of the hotel there's one. Food as well, easy to find. If your stomach can handle street food, there is a path of them to the left of the hotel. I don't mind staying here again tbh.

All the staffs here are very welcoming and smiley which feels great the moment I stepped in. There are live band in the lobby on Fri/Sat and they are great! Room is clean and big and location is accessible to anywhere. There’s a morning market just across the hotel and a convenience store right infront. Would return again :))
