Debu’s The Fern Resort & Spa, Jim Corbett, Series by Marriott is a well-rated resort with friendly service, good food, and a peaceful setting, making it a strong choice for family and leisure stays, though it is better at hospitality than at pure luxury.

From the time we checked in there were multiple service issues. Although view is good and lot of scope for improvement but service is terrible and even the basic room amenities which should be there before checkin were missing and we had to waste a lot of time first day getting those things. Disappointed and spoiled our 永安 experience.

Pathetic experience ....staff totally pathetic.non coperative and i will give zero rating. Everything was pathetic. Totally destroyed my 永安 by this hotel.please dont come. Hotel staff not bothered for his rating. I think they want that customer will provide zero rating to this hotel.
