Very nice location and rooms are spacious. Room service is also very good. Nice view of Nani Lake from the hotel. Overall a perfect hotel.

Using make my 永安 app and doing my all bookings of Hotel and flight from last more than 15 years. This time they have charged four time tariff from me compare to hotel direct booking. I have send four mails to make my 永安 but reply has been received so far.

it's not real manu maharani hotel. This manu maharani regency 1 star hotel with broken locks, shabby interior, poor service, no parking..it was a terrible experience. The real manu maharani hotel is bought by Radisson and renamed as Namah. we didn't knew that while booking and we fall in trap. we paid per night and it was not worth. we tried to cancel but this hotel did not refunded, so we had to experience torture. please stay away from this hotel

Although stay was very good but mattresses were uneven which made sleep uncomfortable. Room location was as desired.

There was no clean room, a dusty table and cushions, and spilled tea in the drawer. No towel in the bathroom. It was not worth I am fully disappointed

Location of the property is good, stay was ok, food and services aren't that good. The rooms and amenities requires more maintenance.

Comfortable rooms but basic things like tea /coffee bags for two in the room were not provided and we had to specifically ask for it. Further, stairs to climb the hotel are too steep and uneven, specially for senior citizens

Pleasant stay. Beautiful view of lake from room windows, rooms are spacious and amenities are ok. Food is good and they also have a small play area for kids like TT, carrom etc...overall no complaints.
