Too restriction. No proper hospitality. Manager was not cooperative , not having proper gesture. Food was normal. Room was normal

one of the best place in manali which has perfect mountain view and greenery.. hill views from bedroom was awsome..Apart from this, hotel services by Karan, arun, ramesh chandra and amarjeet were the hospitality person who served best in services providing and dining foods. Will recommend for everyone to stay here and feel the scenery view from hotel.

We had a lovely stay at The Golden Sunrise Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our experience truly pleasant. The location is beautiful, offering a stunning view, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, and we truly appreciated how the staff customized the meals to suit our preferences—thank you so much for that! A special thanks to Mr. Amarjeet for helping us celebrate my son's birthday. We will always cherish this memorable celebration.

You can see the sunrise at the hotel. Cleanliness can be better. Hotel breakfast starts at 8 am, too late if we are going off early for sightseeing.
