酒店比較新，房間挺寬敞的，有個大陽台，不過景色一般般。整體服務態度挺不錯，早餐滿足需求。酒店附近算不上方便，吃飯要又出去一段。

เป็นครั้งแรกในการเข้าพัก รู้สึกประทับใจในเรื่องของตัวโรงแรม มีการจัดภายในได้สวย สะอาด ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องน้ำดี ชอบฝักบัวมากๆ กระจกบานใหญ่ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ครบ เตียงนุ่มมาก ฝุ่นไม่ค่อยมี การบริการอยากให้พนักงานบางคนเก็บสีหน้าหรือพฤติกรรมนิดนึงจะดีกว่านี้ บางคนก็บริการดีมากๆน่ารักเป็นกันเอง อาหารการกินก็ถูกปาก ไข่ไก่ดีมากๆไม่คาว อยากให้จัดการเรื่องแมลงวันนิดนีง ยังมีบินไปมาอยู่บ้าง ภาพรวมคือดีค่ะ

485 / 5,000 The hotel is lovely, boasting perfectly clean rooms and beautiful decor. The beds are wonderful and the shower is fantastic. Large smart TV. Nice pool. Indeed, it was one of the cleanest hotel rooms in my 35-year stay in Thailand. SUPER! DRAWBACK: the worst breakfast in a long time. Everything was cold, and the yoghurt was spoilt. A real shame. Apparently, there's a new chef, which is a real shame. The air conditioning is noisy and only turns on and off, which is a minor drawback. But all in all, the rooms are excellent.

As a frequent guest of this hotel, I must state this time that I am extremely disappointed with how the management failed in important technical matters. After checking in at the hotel, we were surprised in the room by a non-functioning light and air conditioning, which was set to operate only at maximum power in all rooms, which did not allow us to sleep peacefully at night. The staff refers to the fact that it is set this way and locked from the manufacturer and the guest cannot do anything about it. This morning we had another unpleasant surprise in the form of a malfunctioning pump. So the entire hotel was without water and guests could not take a shower without any apology from the hotel management !!! As for the restaurant, honestly, another disaster. Because if you come after 7:00 PM, you have no chance to order anything tasty because they have nothing in stock. Since this hotel is located very close to where I have regular meetings with my partners, I unfortunately have to use it despite this fact because I have no other option.

The hotel is new , nice enviroment, the bed is very comfortable … I reserve with breakfast ,,, the breakfast is super awesome , my advice is if you stay in this hotel must book with breakfast ,just add another RM 10 Conclusion … good !

After my first stay at Scarlett in August 2024, then I revisit again in April 2025 with my wife and a friend from China for longer stay (7 days). The reason I pick this again as their room is clean and spaciouc enough, plus their breakfast should be the best among that area, plus lots of choice of food and drinks. This is above average in that price. Anyway, their facility including swimming pool is a plus although I wish them to have a laundry room for guest to use even though this is chargeable of washing and drying machine. Hope that this facility can be ready before my next stay.😄
