Terrible stay. Room was so stinky. No complimentary soap, handwash, shampoo in hotel. Bed sheet cover, pillow cover were so untidy. And also the room fare was high. Totally disappointed.

This hotel is located is very bad wen i book the hotel it's mention is it's air conditioner but it's normal my booking in room but he give me bormetry bad

Picture showing for double bed room but they book single doormats room. Where ladies can't stay there. But the property staff is good so he provide us ac room for 1 hours to get fresh up for our paid money.

Rooms are smelling bad, linens are dirty. Breakfast was include in the tarrif, but only poha was provided and it was also of bad quality.

The entrance are too small and the windows curtains are too small there are curtains that anyone can see from outside so please change it not safety in ground floor rooms.

Location is good. Near the central bus stand and panchvati. So many restaurants are nearby. Received a good breakfast on time. Hotel staff is helpful.

1)when i entered the hotel they gave me normal room instead of deluxe room which i booked. After argument with receptionist they gave me better room. 2) breakfast was same for all days i stayed. 3) windows don't have grill from outside the room. Anyone can enter if window get's open. 4) mineral water was not included in breakfast. They charged me separately.

Hot water - basic amenities promised was missing on arrival. After travel-ling for 12 hours a bath with warm water is necessity not a luxury.
