front office was very helpful, done arrangements for my travel to drop me @ station from hotel, as I was with my little once. But cleaning should be improve when we check in bedding was very dirty in occupancy room. Room TV was not working,bathroom was very stinky.

Old property with low maintenance. Cleanliness is a major issue. Service is very slow. Didn't tried food, had ordered a tea which was pathetic. Staff needs to be more courteous and learn some hospitality. They need to understand that people are paying them to get a good experience and are not some uninvited guests.
