room was clean but hotel sitting area don't have cooling, thy even charg d for drinking bottle which 1st water botel should be complimentary which other hotel providing

I would simply rate the hotel specially its staff and amenities as PATHETIC. Never stayed in such pathetic property ever. Staff is not only unprofessional but rude as well. They including manager expect money (Tip) even for basic stuff like extra towel, bathroom kit.. would not like to give even 1 as rating...For me its below Zero

Hotel is in prime location , staff is good, Accessible to every localities from hotel. Room should be painted well so that aesthetics appealing and feel comfortable. Washroom fittings should be replace by new one as it gives vibe of old age. Overall I can rate between average and good. 3.5*
