I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, likely a result of the building’s older design. While some small details could benefit from better upkeep, it didn’t affect my overall experience. I’d gladly return—especially with such friendly and welcoming staff!

Fantastic resort. Very well organised, grounds kept very clean and beautiful. We stayed at 5a and 5b Cassistas and it was perfect location with a beautiful view of the cove. Shuttle service to the main beach 5 mins away was quick and well run. The Long Beach facility was great, the beach was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was well maintained and loved by our kids. And most of all staff members were very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to again.

일단 마닐라에서 거리가 꽤나 됩니다. 그래도 호텔 도착하면 잘 왔다 싶어요. 두번째 방문하는데 뷰는 변하지 않았네요. 저녁에 뭘 잘못먹었는지 체했어요. 죽다살아났지만, 만족해요. 100프로 못즐긴거같아서 아쉽습니다.

뷰가 너무 좋아서 가족,친구들에게 추천도 하고 자주 가는곳인데 청소상태가 너무 안좋았어요ㅜㅜ 룸에 있는 냉장,냉동고 상태 최악였구요 프론트에 연락했는데 일하시는분 오셔서 대충하고 가시고...몇번씩 서비스 요청했는데 오는날까지 묵묵부답였네요ㅜㅜ

the room i giot was not as i expected to be nice and clean..i made request prior to my booking but not granted..seaview casitas room i got was covered with trees and branches so where is the seaview!? internet or wifi is very poor..breakfast was not ok either. the beach doesnt have any chairs or tables nor umbrella or tent and no lifeguard to watch over. over all its just ok..
