Overall, our experience was very positive. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and courteous, and they made every effort to fulfill the requests we had. The only drawback is the lack of nearby shops, so we would recommend arriving with all necessary items in advance. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and well managed.

Hotel was good. They have lots of entertainments for adult and kids. Just one thing was it wasnt really mentioned clearly that you need to be a member to access Pico Beach club. So It was kinda confusing since they have Pico beach (free access) and Pico Beach CLUB. Except that all good! Good for family! Will recommend this beach Resort of anyone is interested.

The place is nice and clean… although foods are expensive and other activities that you need to pay for is also pricey. I also booked for 1 king size bed + 1 single bed.. but they gave us 1 king size bed room only and added an extra bed instead. My 7yo only ate 3 pcs of bread and asking me to pay half of the buffet rate. This is our first time to stay here at Pico Sands Hotel, I did not the enjoy the experience tbh
