泳池的水肉眼可見的濁，池底全是沙子。房間設施老舊，衹有一家餐廳和兩間小店。餐廳必須是800左右每位的自助餐食，衹有四五樣菜。早餐品種很少，味道也不好。我們定的差不多800人民幣每間，感覺很不值。

房間非常差，破舊的不得了，像八十年代酒店，，到處破爛，蚊子特別多，床單發黴，浴巾破爛，整個房間都是破爛不堪，看圖片就明白，還説四星酒店，但是服務員很有禮貌，熱心幫助長者。

It was so great! The view on the beach is excellent however some trees from the balcony was covered you cant see the view

Nice place, although beach front not safe for small childrens. Biglang palalim ang dagat, not gradual like other beach fronts we visited in batangas. Also madalas amoy usok ng diesel na parang gaas na ginamit para sindihan ang uling. we don't know where it is coming, we suspect sa smoke vent sa roof sa kabilang building nila. Amoy na amoy sa room namin sa 5th floor. Kung gusto mo ng sariwang hangin kaya ka nagpunta ay madidisappoint ka dahil sa amoy ng usok

I've been to Canyon Cove several times, but this was my first time checking in at the hotel. Unfortunately, the room was dusty, which caused me to sneeze every time we were there. Both the air conditioner and toilet bowl are leaking. I don’t know if housekeeping is doing their job as the bathroom is really messy. Gunk on the shower and bidet. The sliding door cannot be locked as it is broken. This hotel is not recommended for sensitive people. We made three attempts to inform the front desk about the problems, but unfortunately, housekeeping/help did not arrive. Check-in/out is so slow and would take around 45 minutes to an hour. The restaurant is also unhygienic. Small cockroaches and flies are everywhere. We will be back, but probably only for a one-day tour.

Place is wonderful, view from our room is fantastic! Room is so big, with a lot of beds enough for a big family. However, we did not enjoy much of the beach because of floating dirt (not natural dirt, we saw some plastic cups and some other plastic material/trash floating too). my daughter suddenly got allergic reaction in her skin (face and arms), her face had red spots and suddenly felt itchy so we just transferred to the pool instead. Breakfast buffet is good but can still be improved since choices are very limited.

Great experience overall! 👍 The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to meet our needs. However, with only a few staff at the front desk, it led to delays in check-in for many guests. Maybe consider increasing the front desk team? 🤝 we booked 3 rooms and nakapagcheck in past 3pm. be considerate and patient kulang lang sila sa from t desk  The view, ambiance, pool, and branch area were all 10/10! 🌳🌴 The cleanliness was impressive, and the multiple showers were a plus. 💦 One suggestion: a facility upgrade would be great. Some parts still feel like they're stuck in the 90s 😂. Considering the price, it's understandable. For food, I'd love to see more options and hopefully not too pricey

My rating to this hotel are all excellent experience except the service, in particular to the staff assigned at the jet ski. Very unprofessional and unhelpful in providing information. Luckily, the duty manager/supervisor noticed the situation and provide me an explanation about the reason why they acting unacceptable to normal customer.  Overall, it's very unique experience and definitely will gonna come back on my next holiday.

We've enjoyed their amenities, we didnt expect the beautiful white sand beach and the huge pool as it is well maintained. The room is quite huge as well. however, they should maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings as theres a lot of flies in the lobby and inside the restaurant which is quite disturbing for us while we are eating our breakfast. Hoping that this concern will be addressed properly. So far, we have enjoyed our stay despite the flies roaming around the building.
