The hotel was going thru renovations but was not indicated in the booking site. Hotel furniture are very old but clean. Shopping mall by the side of the hotel. Good location

Generally the hotel was good but it only 2 lifts and one stopped working, also it was hard to visit friends in other floors, so used stairs. The breakfast was Generally good and plenty chiice but often items ran out and you to ask to get them re stocked. Finally the pastries were not good. Overall the hotel was decent and location beside a good mall was nice.

Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Akshat was very efficient and professional in Front Desk while Check in. Akash Ingle - Hospitality Manager at Asian Kitchen was Superb, First time I met a person with so much of courtesy and helping nature to customers. Had a beautiful Buffet experience because of Akash. Too Good and I am really very happy to come back and stay here again. Cheers to Four Points Vashi!

Pros: - Service from everyone, especially the restaurant staff, is outstanding. - Breakfast buffet is really good. Cons: - Bathroom is not well maintained and has many dirt marks and spots. - The bathroom door doesn’t close properly. - Location is not ideal if you want to travel frequently to downtown Mumbai and visit other tourist attractions. - The electrical lighting in both the room and washroom is terrible. - Mosquitoes were there in the room and washroom.
