The rooms have been pleasantly upgraded from 18 months ago. The staff were polite and attentive. Only minor issues are: 1. Room service was a bit slow but they did call and apologise 2. The breakfast is okay but could be better to get 5 stars.

The team are very friendly, helped with all our needs and ensured our laundry was done same day as we had to leave next day. Chirag and the desk are very good at communication like a 5 star hotel.

Hotel royal residency is quite a good and easy to locate. Room was very clean and food is also good and have lots of variety. Staff is also cooperative

Ready tea keetle service in room was missing. Food was good and affordable price. Room tarrif donot provide value for money. Lobby washroom is so shabby, it should be clean and hygienic.
