Although it is not centrally located at the heart of the old town, it still only minutes from the waterfront. The facility is new and well designed with minimalist but luxurious look and feel. And I really love the smell of the blanket, I had a great sleep there. I will definitely come back again if I ever visit Naxos in the future.

Our experience at Alenor City Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to Diana's incredible warmth and thoughtfulness. From the very beginning, she handled all my messages with genuine kindness. She took it upon herself to organize the room for our anniversary and my birthday with beautiful, heartwarming details that made us feel truly special. It is rare to find such personalized and attentive service; it truly made all the difference in our 永安. The images do not do justice to the beauty and cleanliness of the facilities. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back every time we stay in Naxos!

Service is good, the lady owner tries her best to help us. However issue is there is no 24/7 reception so that is an issue because we sometimes cannot locate the owner. But she is friendly. Room is clean and view is great and location is good, near to the port. However be careful of the taxi scams.. good to have the owner call one for you. Safe location as well (2 women travellers)
